I got incredible value for my money, with a spacious suite-style room for 3 adults and breakfast included at an unbeatable rate of $89 a night! The hotel's quiet and charming Mexican-style atmosphere made for a delightful stay. The staff at Eurostars were friendly, organized, and always willing to help. The location was perfect for exploring Playa del Carmen's 5th Avenue, just a short walk away.

The space is very quiet and some parts are elegant.

room and its elements seemed to me very simple and sometimes half deteriorated in relation to the price that was quite high, besides the room was very small, it didn't have a coffee pot and it offered coffee. Curiously, it did not have a desk, we were only given two pillows that were so thin and uncomfortable, shower was not up to the category of the hotel. They are deteriorated in other areas, it lacks remodeling. I was also expecting more soaps and towels. To get there is a martyrdom. You have to go through many filters, although it is estimated by the security of all. staff is very kind, I feel that I paid a lot for having received almost nothing in the comfort and type of room, I have been in other five star hotels with larger rooms and with magnificent details. I would not book there again. best thing was the gym and SPA.

hotel is very pleasant, quite wooded and located in a very quiet part of the Playacar condominium, although a little far from the city center. For us, who were with a rented car, that was not, however, problem. rooms are spacious and very comfortable, they need restoration, especially regarding the water flow in the shower and toilets. It offers a good breakfast, with countless options. swimming pool and SPA are excellent. staff is very friendly and attentive, with a special emphasis on those involved with the reception and restaurant.

From the bathroom, as a whole. Small, in relation to the size of the room and other areas of the house. water flow is minimal, in the sink and in the shower. hot water simply ends up in the middle of the bath. We stayed in an apartment with a kitchen and oven simply didn't work (jets or oven), not even to heat water for a tea or coffee. In addition, kitchen was very dirty and not clean during the 10 days we stayed in the hotel. We were surprised because the rest of the cleaning of the room was very well done daily. microwave and a coffee maker would be useful, even more so since the hotel is far from the city and has no restaurant.

Extremely reasonable rates and nice breakfast (in lovely pool area)included. Physical layout, building design and materials, grounds and decor very attractive. We had been here before and knew the location--someone new might find it a little out of the way or hard to locate. Pleasant safe neighborhood. Quick access to Playa del Carmen with a car or bicycle.

Room was somewhat dark at night. Few windows to let in light or air in daytime. Air conditioning aimed right at pillow area, seemed a little too strong and unclear how to regulate. Not sure if spa and its pool are still open--we were only there 1 night this time as we were at the end of our vacation.

room was super comfortable, huge, with a large living room, dining room, equipped kitchen. Some basic elements were missing, like a can opener, a corkscrew, nothing important. Although the two-room apartment is fantastic, nice, comfortable and warmly furnished and decorated, beds are super hard. rest is good. It's still a good choice. views are beautiful and breakfast is quite complete and varied, lady in charge is a queen of kindness and service.

That they don't have a choice even if it's snacks, sandwiches or cold things to eat the rest of the day. You have to go out to eat if you want to. It can't be a five star hotel without a restaurant. There was no hot water in the spa during the whole stay, so you could hardly use it since you can't get out of a Turkish bath without taking a shower afterwards. the nauseating smell that was sometimes present on the stairs. for the price we paid, everything's fine

I have to say that Hotel Vista Real is one of the best Hotel experience I ever had ! And I am used to travel a lot ! Everything was perfect and our stay over there is still the most pleasant one. Thanks a lot for all !

The room is very clean. The hotel in general is very nice. It is very affordable but not practical if you want to go to the beach. In the hotel there is nothing to do so if you are looking for an extremely quiet place it is a good option for no more than 3 days.

It's a 20 minute walk to the beach, taxi charges 120 pesos to get to the hotel and back so going by taxi is expensive and walking to the beach becomes very tiring. pool was not clean and jacuzzi was not working well. They don't have lighting for the night so at 7pm there is nothing to do at the hotel. beds were dirty from pigeon poop. breakfast after 2 days was not attractive, coffee was quite bad. unripe fruit, on the third day they didn't have enough eggs. The bathrooms were not working well so they had to be turned down more than twice.

I really got my money's worth at Eurostars Hacienda Vista Real. The room was spacious and luxurious, with high ceilings that made it feel grand. The location was perfect, a relaxing 20-minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff treated me incredibly well, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety.

Firstly I have booked a studio for 3 days then I booked another one for 1 month. The staff is great, the position is just perfect if you want to stay away from the town but not far away from it. Having your breakfast ner the swimming pool in front of the golf court and the little lake, surrounded by birds, tourtles, lizards and sometimes coatis is just perfect.

The first studio was too dark

Had very very good experience, overall good old and luxury place.

I got a hearty and savoury breakfast with hot food such as eggs, sausages and local specialties. Liked a living room, a kitchen area and a balcony in the room;)))

The location is secure, and it's close enough to easily access Cozumel. There is a lovely place to have lunch within walking distance from the hotel called Les Crepes de Paris.

We had a very nice experience at this luxurious hotel. Breakfast each day was plentiful. The location very close to the town center was magnificent. Enjoyed having WiFi and a living room in the decent size room. The staff was extremely friendly. The service was great with parking outside.
